Contact us  and describe your projects. Normally speaking, please provide the spections (length, width, turns, material) of the product you want to produce. Of course, if you can provide drawings and 3D models, that’s will be great for us.

After we received your requests/ enquires, we will evaluate whether we can meet your requirements with our standard machines. If not, we will provide you the customized solotions. For some details, we may discuss to modify on both sides to achieve the goal. For example, the radii of the coil/ busbar shold not be lager than the width of material.

We will design the machine based on your products and requirements. After finished, we will send it to you to confirm.

After the design was confirmed, we will start to produce the machine. For standard machines, we usually have stocks.

After we finished the production, we will test the whole process whether the machine runs as we expected. Then, we will ship the machines to you. You can decide the way to your destination. DAP, FOB, FCA, CIF & Exw are fine for us. For transportation, you can choose air, sea or train as you prefer.
